WEISU的16年旅程:从研讨会到4,500㎡基地
In the industrial hub of Fenggang, Dongguan, the 4,500㎡ factory of Dongguan Fenggang Weisu Injection Molding Machinery Factory (“Weisu”) is bustling with activity. Technicians are fine-tuning equipment parameters with precision instruments, while the warehouse neatly houses second-hand injection molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 1,600 tons. On the online platform, refurbishment progress and testing data are updated in real time. Few would have imagined that this well-recognized enterprise in South China’s second-hand injection molding machine sector started 16 years ago as a tiny repair workshop with just five workers.
Weisu’s growth trajectory serves as a textbook example of industry transformation. Since 2007, its core team has been deeply engaged in injection molding machine maintenance. With over a decade of OEM repair experience, they upheld the principle of “restoring machine performance.” Through disassembly, inspection, and replacement of core components, their refurbished equipment achieved more than 80% of new machine precision. In 2012, after formally establishing the factory in Fenggang, they broke industry convention of “repair and leave.” By 2013, Weisu launched a “repair + 3-month warranty” service, quickly winning its first batch of loyal customers and refurbishing over 150 machines that year.
The leap from “repairing machines” to “selling machines” marked a key turning point in Weisu’s development. In 2013, the company expanded into second-hand injection molding machine recycling and sales, building a complete system of “brand machine recycling — standardized refurbishment — transparent sales.” Machines were labeled with detailed refurbishment parameters, and by 2014, refurbishment precision had been improved to over 90% of new machines. At the same time, Weisu introduced a “6-month warranty + lifelong maintenance guidance” service. With the implementation of the Refurbishment Technical Standards for Second-Hand Injection Molding Machines in 2016, the company standardized its entire refurbishment process — from selecting equipment (≤8 years old, no severe damage to core parts) to completing 12 inspection steps — effectively eliminating faulty machines from entering the market.
In recent years, Weisu has continued to strengthen its industry chain. In 2021, it established a dedicated parts warehouse to shorten maintenance cycles and launched an online showcase platform to build customer trust. In 2022, the company expanded into equipment leasing, introducing a “low deposit + monthly payment” plan supported by technical training, thereby creating a comprehensive service ecosystem of “sales + leasing + maintenance + training.” Today, Weisu refurbishes and sells over 800 machines annually, serving industries including automotive parts, medical consumables, and packaging, with customers across domestic and international markets.
“Restoring value to every old machine and providing cost-effective production solutions for SMEs” has been Weisu’s philosophy for 16 years. From a 300㎡ workshop to a 4,500㎡ base, and from single repairs to full-chain services, Weisu has carved out a distinctive growth path in the second-hand injection molding machine industry with professionalism and integrity.
